In honor of International Women’s Day, Amagi set out to amplify the voices of women across the company. We had them share insights about breaking into the tech field, inspirational moments that have driven them to success, and words of wisdom. Here’s what they had to say.
What sparked your interest in tech?

Who were the main influential mentors or role models in your career (or life) and why?
My dad was a truly hardworking and influential mentor throughout my career. He set an incredible example through his dedication, perseverance, and strong work ethic. Much of what I know today—about staying focused, overcoming challenges, or the importance of commitment—has come from the lessons he taught me, often without even realizing it. His influence has been a cornerstone in shaping my professional and personal values. – Sanjitha R M, Assistant Manager - Finance
