Sangeeta Chakraborty is an experienced enterprise software leader with a proven track record of scaling global revenue and customer success organizations across both PLG and SLG models. She has led end-to-end go-to-market teams—including sales, customer marketing, customer success, professional services, support, and operations—managing up to $1.2B in revenue across public and high-growth private companies.
Sangeeta was Miro’s Chief Customer Officer from November 2021 to February 2023 and Chief Revenue Officer from March 2023 to December 2024. During her tenure, the company scaled more than 250,000 customers worldwide while growing its user base to 80+ million. The company was valued at $17.5 billion and ranked #11 on the Forbes Cloud 100 list.
Her prior leadership roles include Okta, Checkr, SymphonyAI, Accela, and VMware. A frequent industry speaker, Sangeeta brings deep expertise across SaaS, AI, financial services, healthcare, govtech, and telecom—driving customer-centric growth strategies that deliver impact at scale.
Sangeeta holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, at UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology degree, majoring in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.
Sangeeta is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys hiking, writing and painting in her spare time.
